The place is great, however, the last time I visited, I was completely disappointed. It turns out that this time, my partner and I had decided to go back to this establishment since we had a couple of coupons to claim a binsu with any purchase (just as the email they sent us specifies, along with the redemption code). We were surprised when we ordered the ice cream when the waitress mentioned that to qualify for the redemption, we had to spend a minimum of S/. 50.00, and that only one ice cream per purchase could be claimed. We were surprised when she told us this, because the email didn't indicate any redemption conditions, no minimum purchase, and much less that it was one ice cream per purchase. The waitress later mentioned that these changes had recently occurred, to which I replied, how could we know if we weren't informed in advance? Finally, we decided to order something extra, and here another problem arose: the menu prices varied depending on the time of service. I understand that this message might be outside the venue, but it's also necessary to specify this detail in the letter. Even though the outing with my partner wasn't going well, we decided not to get discouraged. I hope that next time you'll be able to correct these details and avoid unpleasant experiences. No matter how attractive the venue is, the situation mentioned above leaves much to be desired.
