Central hostel 2 min walk to main Square. Nice pool and lots of different seating areas. Nice staff. Lovely breakfast. Nice dorm rooms all bunk beds have own fan.

We ended up here for a quick dinner, as it's our last night in San Juan del Sur. Big mistake. We arrived during a live singing session and it was not good at all. The person singing and playing guitar, bless them for doing so in public but it was not something I liked listening to. We sat at a middle table and the two tables in front and back of us was empty. We placed our order, initially ordering a Dragonfruit Martini and then I had to change it to Watermelon because I was told there was no Dragonfruit. My brother ordered an Espresso Martini. Our food order was fairly simple, with me ordering the Shrimp Tostada. My brother order Jalapeño Poppers with a Chicken Sandwich. After 10 minutes, a group of 5 to 6 people entered, taking the table behind me. They proceeded to be incredibly loud and rude, continually bumping into me and my chair. Our server returned, letting my brother know that the kitchen said they couldn't make the Jalapeño Poppers. We're already annoyed at this point and just want our food. My brother finally got his Chicken Sandwich and it was okay. I finally got my Shrimp Tostada and I still have this loud, rude group behind me and besides me. We will never return...

10/10 would recommend every time!!! The food is absolutely delicious. The staff is so welcoming and kind. Anytime I’m in San Juan, I would make sure I stop here. I absolutely love it.
