We went at 8 p.m. There was a small line, and when we got to our table, they took a while to take our order, even though almost everyone else was already eating. We ordered the grill, which didn't take that long, but it was incomplete regarding the toppings, information we didn't receive until they gave us the rest. I think if you go for the Korean food experience and pay for it, you expect them to give you everything you need, or at least tell you they don't have all the ingredients, and then decide whether you want to order them or not.
